If your FTP isn't working, verify the following things:

-Your username and password are correct. To find your username, click the Files button on Multicraft.

-You are using port 21.

-Ports 20 and 21 are unblocked on your firewall/router.

-Your FTP clent is set to use active mode.

If it is still not working, submit a support ticket!
